Have you ever worked leads in North O? 68104,68111,68110? I grew up in that hood. Every time I go back to visit it seems to get worse!

Yes, I include all of those zips when I work up there. I have been working that area since 2001, and I agree that those neighborhoods are definitely on the decline. Some great FE folks up there though.
