Certainly Good Stuff when it gets here.

For some reason, CMS says that the new Short Term Health rule will not be finalized until the Fall of 2018, and plans not allowed to be sold until 2019. At least that's the way I'm reading the communications in the document attached to this post.

How do you interpret it?

Pubs are afraid of being blamed for ACA spikes due to this rule implementation before the elections. Meanwhile, a large number of people suffer.
