Call Center Moved My Broker Contract Without Consent/Permission – What, if Anything Should I do Next

This happened last AEP.

I emailed the carrier's compliance department last January (per my territory rep's instructions) and never heard a peep back. They don't give a flying you-know-what, either. Just need low-paid lackeys to answer the damn phones in crappy call centers.

So much for "compliance."
