First AEP under my belt but what is next?

You could find an FMO that will support you in the way you want to work, interview several. Give them 1 carrier and see if they keep their word.

As an example, the FMO I work with helps me with marketing costs associated with my Medicare 101 meetings, because I am experienced enough to convert those to sales. For the less experienced agents, they participate in inbound and outbound carrier lead programs that the FMO coordinates. One agent I know sold around 100 during AEP with this program, but I am not interested because of the high volume of duals.

I read that you don't want to do life insurance, but could you support yourself doing that while you build your Medicare business? Instead of working for the job you currently have.
