you can get these pre scrubbed lists from almost anyone that does there own mail.. i usually charge my agents around 1-2 pennies per name depending on how many filters they want on the list

Goto www.infofree.com. They have unlimited lists for something like $45-$50 per month. Their list are pretty accurate. No contract you can cancel anytime. Now their income ranges are in increments of $25k. So you can do 0-$25K or $25K-$50K or both. You can scrub against DNC.
