Anyone can comment on their training and paying?



Going independent is my later goal... now need training..

If you want to go captive in New York, you might want to look at one of the MassMutual GAs there, the Book agency. The GA is new, but he was a top producer, and that agency set the bar for production for years. Also Mass gives you many of the benefits of both independent and captive. They certainly are not perfect, but its a darn good carrier.
