Captive to Independent Agent

How do you do!
I have been with AGLA since 2008 and I decided to go independent for myself. I am a licensed life & Health agent in PA and NJ and looking to go from captive to independent. Does any of you knows IMO that offers good commisions on life? I want to focus mainly on Life and Med supp. How much does E&O coverage really cost for independent agent?

E and O about $500 to $600 per year. Good commissions are usually based on good production. If you can show your history of good production then you should be able to get 90% or better. Do not accept less than 85%. There are probably lot of good IMOs on here. I use a couple. Brokers Alliance is good.

What do you want from the IMO.

If you need help finding business or coaching then you might do a google search near you or there are many online section for some IMOs.

You should probably be more specific as to what you want. You could search the forum with a key phrase like training or leads or what you are looking.
