I'm in the Chicago area, where Humana is cheap is on their 70% copay plan but you have a lot more out of pocket.

I don't sell any of the three co's, as I personally thought they were too small to deliver to my clients in the long term, and I didn't care to overcome lack of brand name. This transaction supports that.

It's also a reaction to PPACA, get BIG or get OUT !

I don't sell Health Net in AZ as I feel they are not committed to the IFP market being in only a few states. I wouldn't be surprised if they sold off that biz.

I've sold a lot of Celtic, matter of fact I have me & my son on it right now. World in Chicago wasn't that competitive never sold American Repulic/.

Celtic is a good company though.
