Probably sees the writing on the wall of what's to come with this garbage company. Can't say I blame him. I'd abandon that sinking ship too.
They might have a good 1 or 2 year run with the $0 PDP, but we all know that party is not gonna last long, as it's heavily being subsidized, temporarily, by the government.
The immense damage they did to their reputation by literally stealing earned agent pay will tank them in the long run. You couldn't pay me to write any of their policies.

I get a smile on my face every time I remember their PPO's were sanctioned in Missouri this year. I was probably too excited a few weeks ago when one of my clients asked about their advantage plans and I got to share that news with her along with the letter from state insurance department regarding their plans.
Wellcare can suck it.
Obviously they can't either.
