Breaking - UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson shot and killed outside Manhattan Hilton hotel

So, he wasn't denied care? Just had an unsuccessful surgery? This isn't looking like a referendum on health insurance companies after all.

we don't know other than he has back issues that he had a surgery for and he is not happy with results.i have come across a lot of clients with back issues/pain and it usually something that is never cured just treated/managed with meds, shots, physical therapy, massages etc.surgeries are risky and can make issue worse but this risk usually would be disclosed by the surgeon before the procedure so patient decide if it is a risk worth taking.that said i did have medicare client tell me he paid for a stem cell procedure out of his pocket and he was no longer in pain .

If he seriously hurt his back then there was likely no surgery that was going to return him to his pre-injury condition. I had a herniated disk in my neck that I had repaired about 3 years ago. While I am in A LOT less paid post-surgery, I will never be able to lift weights again, and any prolonged exertion causes me pain.

I'm curious how he knew about a B&T Station Six (if that is actually what he used - I don't trust much that I read). I know a thing or two about handguns and I had never heard of this weapon nor the history behind it.
