Is he on SS disability? Can he perform his ADLs?

Yes he is on ss disability and he cannot perform any ADL

No MoO at that age. Looks like he needs LH or, dare I say, UHL.

So he would qualify for LH or UHL? I'd like to place this client if I can. If anyone offers contracts for these companies and has more info please let me know.
