I think everybody would be interested in knowing that in order to change the communication preferences within your Marketplace application, you have to do it through "report a life change". Within this option in order to successfully change an email address, phone etc. you would have to go through the whole application and do the appropriate editing.
Note that you cannot just choose "change communication preferences" within or outside "report a life change events".
The correct option would be "report a life change" than "change application information".
I got this info from the Marketplace after noticing that any changes I tried to do were not saved, even though I got the message "Success! Your changes have been saved".
The Navigator was aware of this problem and hoped that the glitch will be solved next year.
