Chargebacks for Oct, Nov and Dec Enrollments who used AEP for another switch

Not Humana . There site is awesome . It shows all active and inactive policy's . The worst is WellCare .

True and few others as well I am including med supp, But as many do not, In this buis offering many products you learn to deal with it

Actually come to think of it I can look up UHC active enrolments in portal
\

How ? Where on portal ?

you know where you check enrolments I don't remember the name but you can adjust th dates and will say active or not Last year I was checking for few I had not been paid on few months and I saw when I adjusted dates it did let me know if active

Yes I've seen that. How you know is the active date will say NA. I had a woman die and it says NA now . But can you go back 5-10 years on your applications ?

I found a way to check the status of a member. It is not as thorough as other carriers. I went to the COMMISSIONS tab at the top, then clicked on PRODUCTION SUMMARY at the far right. I clicked on POLICY COUNT at the bottom and selected the EFFECTIVE DATE range that I wanted. It pulled up a quantity of enrollments. I clicked on that # in blue lettering. All of the members appeared and marked PAID. When I clicked on PAID in blue letters, I saw a description of the member's status, term date included if there was one. It also detailed how much I was paid for each enrolled member.

Your correct. I figured that out the other day but in order to know who dropped their plan you'll have to go thru every single client one at a time. In the first yr you'll know because you'll have a commissions charge back but in renewals yrs if you have a big book you'll never know. Speaking of United when do they pay the Health assessment fee's?Humana paid 2 weeks ago.
