Church/School Insurance Coverage

Hi,

Any suggestions on which company and product I should offer for a Church/School? Can we get it all the coverages (property and general liability) in one policy?

Needs coverage for the following:
Property - fire and theft
Contents
General Liability - for both church and school

The school and church are on the same campus in the same building located in Miami, Florida. We tried citizens but it was way too expensive for property coverage.

Any thoughts?

I would suggest letting someone with experience in insuring schools and churches have the account. You don't mention anything about EPLI, crime, cyber, and other coverages like D&O. Or perhaps AUTO and WORKERS COMPENSATION? There are property ownership issues, liability exposures for the school/church for athletics, booster clubs, etc., along with transportation issues for field trips, athletic events, and on and on and on. The exposures are HUGE, especially liability exposures. If you are not yet prepared to identify exposures and properly insure or risk manage them, you are putting yourself at risk, not to mention the school/church.
