This was predicted and expected... BCBS drops the PPO and Cigna is the only PPO left... they say F-that and stop comp 2 days latter.... there you go

Right. As reported when Aetna/Humana & Anthem/Cigna were still in talks, the first one to strike a deal and officially file with the government, would have the best chances for being approved...but it would still be at least a year.
