I had a client call me today, I just recently switched her from equitable to Cigna for med supp, and she got advertisement from Cigna offering her an upgrade from her current medsupp to MA with Cigna health springs.
Now I know always have clicked no to the additional advertisement question on every app. This is the only call so far and I don't know if others received this same advertisement has any one else had this issue?
