Claim Time with Farmers

I won't say I am happy, but I'm content knowing the claims supervisor who wouldn't return calls is no longer a happy camper.

For the record, Farmer's sucks!

Heres some trivia? "what did you do the avoid the accident"

A) NOTHING HE RAN INTO ME(5% your fault)
B) I honked to let him know he was merging into my lane(100% not your fault)

Interesting take, but in a lot of states (I don't know about TN), this wouldn't matter. 51% or higher at fault is at fault. 50% or lower is not at fault.

That said, they have to ask the questions. Heck, a lot of accidents are caused by people trying to avoid an accident. They need to understand the accident so the report is accurate. Just answer the questions.

Being rude helps nobody.
