Today, CMS issued a 28 page Bulletin informing health insurers and exchanges how 2014 marketplace plans are to be renewed for 2015.
Relevant to brokers: On page 7, this bulletin explains how Agent/Broker National Producer Numbers (NPN's) are to be transferred, or not transferred to the 2015 plan.
