Who can we write to in order to say that Lindberg's case affected and continues to affect 260,000 policyholders, among them many Trump supporters, among them many who may never get all their money back? And if Trump were to pardon Lindberg he would no longer have incentive to return our money in exchange for a reduced sentence?

Since I got my check, I wasn't going to post here anymore, since I don't care what happens from now on.

But I read the NYT article from the above post. and the whole situation smells, like really bad, exactly what would be expected from this administration.

Sooooo…. for those of you who have received your checks, how long did it take from the date that you mailed in your paperwork?

Called my SGA, the administrator said i've been doing this 40 years, i can guarantee you that anyone over the maximum SGA payout will not receive a dime, all the states SGA's have a claim against Lindbergh and company's and they will be paid first.
still no check here
I guess this answers my question from a few posts back. This was my fear. I guess we just have to hope that there are enough funds recovered to make excess policyholders whole or that there will be an exception made to pay them before the SGAs.
