If you have to ask "What is the Partnership Program", IMO, you have no business considering the purchase of a LTC book of business.

CT was the first state in the country (1993) to adopt a Partnership Program and you have no idea what it is? What's your main line of insurance, obviously not LTC.

Then go ahead and tell him..... or he could use google and find out in about 2 seconds. Its one thing for a newbie to ask a newbie question.... totally different for an experienced agent who wants to take responsibility for a whole book of business of a product they obviously know nothing about.

Well, then maybe they shouldn't be allowed to buy the book ?
