Commissions of more experienced agents

I’m on as earmed with all carriers . But I know very successful agents who see advancement as interest free money and getting the bigger checks up front motivates them .

After all these years, I still take a 6 month advance. It is a "psych" thing. I have a hard time making myself go out and chase a $40-$50 commission.
