Compete with Your Own Company

Always remember a good rule in life. "Never trust anyone who doesn't trust you."

I am all for being loyal, but if a company shows any signs of disloyalty or lack of trust, get out now. It is no longer a question of if you'll get screwed, but when. Better you depart on your terms at a time of your choosing.

Ur right, but I am always a few steps behind.

back to the OP, I put my email on everything, I get emails from prospects wanting quotes, I get emails from clients about questions, changes, updates, etc, they DONT get that from an 800 number,

Lots of people work for the man, and cant call on work time for personal phone calls, but they can sneak in an email, or send an email from their phone to take care of business....

Hell, I am surprised how much business I do over text.

Hell, lets see an 800 number try this....and has happened a few times, Phone rings, client is in the parking lot, I hear, Steve my baby is sound asleep, would it be asking too much for you to come to the parking lot so we can do our business?

lets see the friggin gecko or flo try that, flo is too busy primping her hair with 12 cans of hairspray

800 number companies, can have the people who want to use them, there is plenty of other business out there to worry about it, and Yes, for a few years, the 800 numbers did grow in usership (is that a friggin word) but the people are coming back to using agents again, they want that personal service
