Condo Assoc. Policy In Houston, Texas

Does anyone know of someone in the Houston, Texas area that specializes in condo association policies? I have my P & C License but don't use it much and am looking for someone to partner on a deal with. The current premium is about $40K. I have the current policy in hand. This is from the association that I live in.
