Considering a Move to EFES

Well it looks like I will be making a move soon and EFES is on the short list. I don't need any hand holding or much training. I really just need fresh leads in my hands and not a lot of rah rah meetings and weekly reports. That said what is a decent contract with EFES when going direct to the RD? How long does it really take to begin receiving leads? Do the lead prices change each week based on ppl or is it monthly or quarterly? Any other info about them would be great.

First off, I'm not saying that EFES is a bad place to be. But you don't have to go there to get fresh leads and then be on a low commission. You can have higher commissions and get your own fresh leads.

If you take that away, then all you have is some training (probably pretty good training), and rah rah meetings (by phone I think). You may even have to do those weekly reports. Not sure.

I agree with mbiallas, there is just so much stuff, so many threads , so many recruiters and so much back and forth between the different viewpoints that a new agent doesn't know where to start.

These threads make more sense if you've been drinking heavily

I tried searching but you get about a million threads when searching "efes" and much of it doesn't pertain to contract levels (at least what I've seen).

JDEasy will probably come on here and tell you a bit about EFES. He is with them and can tell you the real scoop. He'll probably reply tonight or tomorrow on it.

As for me, I'm not trying to steer you away from there, just trying to give you some things to think about while you're gathering your info.

$400 for 15 leads that roll in about a month or so later while in the meantime they make you buy old leads to prove yourself.

Depending where you're at in the country...you will work under Joe or Shannon maybe Travis. 90% is the best you get if that.

They will tell you that leads are as low as $9 and that the ave agent pays $16 or so per lead when really the "average" agent pays $22-$24 per lead.

You get lic'd with all the major FE carriers out there so that way when you go somewhere else, they won't release you so you're screwed.

JD will come on here and blast my post as will the other regular DB's but what else do you want to know?
