Lol. We probably have agents on this board who used to sit down with clients using "rate tables." I guess they used an abacus to figure out rate increases

About 6 years ago when I worked for Mega/UA type company they made us figure rates with a rate sheet... All their money goes into legal expenses... can't afford software...
