Recently started using Grow and Organize Your Small Business - Free Contact Buttons and Forms | ContactMe.com and have been very satisfied with what I can do. The big thing for me is being able to attach emails and documents to each file.

It is in the Beta trial now, but I believe they will start to charge around $9 a month.

I watched the tutorial, but it's not registering in my brain what the value of the button is beyond what I already do with Outlook, etc. Can you help me get my head around it?
