No. Nobody wants to talk to computers, and computers aren't retaining clients. As soon as I call somewhere and I'm talking to a chatbot, I immediately tell it to transfer me to a real person. Most people are the same way. Those things never solve what I need solved, and they cannot give nuanced advice or service. When people are going on Medicare, they ask their family and friends for help and who to go to. Like a live actual person. Their friends and family then tell them to come to us. Most people are not calling these companies directly, and most people don't want to deal with strangers on the phone that they don't know and trust. Especially not one directly from an insurance company.

Problem is the ā€œrealā€ person is in India. At least Ai is in english. Cost cutting measures will transform the insurance industry and takeover some agent services. Already started. You will embrace it or be left behind. Every generational change is different.

Next time you get one of those calls, do what I do.

Ask them what they're wearing and then tell them you're naked.

None of those towel heads want to talk to me.
