no, the OP is stupid because he STILL thinks the Insurance company will pay this claim. The OP called someone stupid in his last post, so thats why I said that.
It truely amazes me how ignorant some people in this world can truely be.
I had a client TRY to do the same thing to me once, I received a phone call on a Saturday, said, you quoted us a couple weeks ago, we would like to start the car insurance today, I said OK, blah blah blah, as I hear the sirens pull up to the crash scene, I said, I need to see the cars first, she asked why, no one has ever had to see them before and started throwing a hissy fit....
Ya well, i just said have a pleasant day and hung up.
Like I said, truely ignorant people in this world and it amazes me that they can survive much less succeed in this world.
Who wants to take odds that this *** files a claim, or I would even venture to bet, he already has.

Firstly, calm down!
Secondly, I didn't even say I filed a claim. Neither did I say in any if I filed I claim, I think it would go through. I asked a sincere question to understand if there was a flaw in the way an insurance can start on a date without stipulating the time it is enforceable.
Thirdly, please do not worry about whether people in this world are stupid and how can they succeed. You do not know how successful I am or not. I am being courteous to you and expect that you reciprocate the same. If you can't thats your loss, because no one in this world cares about jerks.
To address your concern once again, at no point did I say that I am trying to defraud anyone or lying about anything. I said if I stated the facts the way they are, could there be a flaw in the language of the contract.
I got an answer to question from this forum. But you need to relax and take in easy!

Why is this thread still going? The op clearly said he bought "after" the robbery. Anyone with ethics knows he can't file a claim after the incident occured. So yes, he is stupid for even starting this nonsense.
