That's much more the type of critique I was hoping for:yes:

Just a little tweak can make a world of difference.
 
"that promises rate reductions of 20% or more"

Wouldn't just changing this line to "that promises 20% or more reduction in their rate" take care of the problem?

Same here, for almost 15 years I operated by the conservative mentality model. After building credibility in the business I decided to take a little more risk and have been fortunate to see a little more reward since. Downside is the added work, Upside would be our new home in the foothills of NC;)

"Complementary" is OK while "free" is not. You have to think like someone in compliance to come up with things like this. In other words, chuck common sense out the window and cut your IQ by half. I can never get "complementary" to fit on a postcard invitation.
