CRM/Agnecy Management System

[CR in STL]

I am trying to find a CRM/Agency management system. I have small employee benefits company offering your typical group health, life, ltd, 401K Etc in addition to doing individual plans. The management aspect is more important since there are so many CRMs out there and yes i looked at YIO which is nice but no management features. I would like to keep eveything in one program. The following features are important

1. Keep track of clients & prospect
2. Ability to do email campaigns
3. Accounting being able to keep track of commissions what is owed and what is received (this is important since it could very with the number of employees changing).
4. Keep track of multiple products for each client/business
5. Ability to store attachments to the client/prospect

Any help you can provide is appreciated and thanks in advance for your response
