Outlook 2010 with Business Contact Manager.

Microsoft decided that BCM with the 2010 version of Outlook would only be available in a corporate license, but changed their minds recently and now offer BCM 2010 as a free upgrade if you had a prior version of Outlook with BCM. Google it for the offer link.

I was also using YIO. Have started tying out Radius. I liked YIO. However, I wanted something that I could access online and from my droid.

I may be a little late here, but I'm currently experimenting with Applane and Solve360. So far so good, I'm leaning toward Solve360. Worth looking into!

Not trying to spam but check out my Forum Name. The program I use doesn't cost nearly as much as sales force. It gives me 11 websites along with hundreds of autoresponders that you don't have to write.
I don't want to say whole lot about it because I don't want to sound like I'm writing an advertisement page for it. So I'll just end by saying.... I've been in the business for 17 years and this program rocks!
