Now using combination of Ace of Sales and Act!

Everyone goes into Ace of Sales, for followup, prospect management, email marketing, followup. Once they become a client, I put them into Act! and track the CRM type of stuff there.

I've moved from AgencyIQ to MS Dynamics CRM and am now getting ready to migrate to Leads360. Each has it's flaws that aren't easily evident until you start using them. AgencyIQ seems to be adding some nice features that were lacking and caused me to move in the first place.
