I am number one on Google for lots of search terms. I spend all of my time counting money! Ha!
No, seriously, even with good SEO, you have to work on other facets of conversion etc.
"Blue Cross Rates" is one of my main search terms.
Also number one in many cases for "Blue Shield Rates"
These are not the hardest keywords I have, but "Blue Cross Rates" has about 15 million competing pages.
I do a lot of insurance marketing, but a lot of SEO marketing too, because there may be a day when health insurance is only marketed by Uncle Sam.
I am working hard at viral marketing and conversion now.
My SEO madhouse is at deepbluemarket.com
It's a load of baloney mixed with actual tools that I use to get my rank. I help other agents in other states, and by linking together we both go up. But we don't compete.
Lots of stuff under construction since that is a hobby site, but it is fun, and you can message me if you want access to tools. One thing, no California agents, we have enough!

Not really sure what your optimizing for? Blue Cross Rates What? I dont see your site?
Also just because google gives you the number to the right, That does not mean you have 15 Million competing pages. This number is telling you that those three words, not in any order, can be seperate, show up on 15 million different Pages. Got nothing to do with competing sites.
Not trying to tear you apart, but when I looked at your Source code, it tells me, you really have no clue what your doing.

Hi,
"Blue Cross Rates" is the term. I use "rates" in my SEO because people looking for rates are shopping health insurance. It is a good phrase if you are looking to sell Blue Cross policies.
If you "don't see my site" how come you have source code from some website, do you think it was mine?

If the number "15 million on Google" isn't competing pages, what is it?

And the word "Blue" has 866 million pages when it is "seperate"

The site, actually, today, is number two on Google, in the organic, not sponsored results for "Blue Cross Rates"
The person in the number one Google spot today is a friend of mine, and he can spell "separate" too!
Here's a clue.
You are trying to sell something here that you don't have yourself.
