Did ya see Specter's town hall? Pretty entertaining. I'm loving the idea of a mandated every 5 years end-of-life/dying with dignity program for our senior citizens.
Right as we speak, I am envisioning AARP offering a 5% discount if both spouses sign up.

Insurance companies would love to be able to decline procedures based on how they value the future life of the individual. When they have tried, they get sued.

You know Obama et al are big on disclosure in the the financial and health care industries. So...if you are older and get a policy, say through the public option, shouldnt your policy and related advertising disclose that certain coverages and treatments are probably not going to be available to you so you might want to take that into consideration when comparing policies?
