Well, we're all waiting on Sam to write the rest of the rules. He missed some:

- No one word posts. This is a waste of forum members time.
- No more title insurance threads. This is worse than one word posts.
- All posts shall be spell checked.
- Grammer counts. You're posting privileges will be revoked if you have to many grammatical errors.

I think that would round out the rules very nicely
