First class of course.... don't know anyone that sends direct mail on a first class rate though

There are a few IMO's that "say" they mail First Class.

I agree that mailing first class can get you there a few days before the others and it is worth it as I've experienced it first-hand. The price increase I think is not so much of a concern as is the return rate... was a lot higher before the economy dropped out.
