DM 7 months out T65

Hi
I recently did a t65 mail drop. As noted before returns were way down.
I used to drop 4-5 months out.
What is the best way to contact these new leads?
Any help much appreciated!

Contact them the same way you would at 4-5 months out, but know you'll have more than one appointment and/or several phone calls. I prefer starting the process 6 months out. I walk them through when and how to apply for Medicare and get them any forms they may need. Starting the relationship earlier helps silence all that direct mail/telemarketing/TV ads, etc.

I do 9 months out. I want to be one of the first letters they get. At 6 months, you can put in an MS app.

At 9 months, of they fall, we answer questions and I get an email address for contact and going onto my list.

Each time they call, I immediately send an email with the summary of our conversation for their information.
