Look at net productivity. Basically 1 policy for every 5 each per month.

I really do not have the problem today with Pramerica I did in the early AL Williams days. I Rarely run into them. Maybe some old policy someone has. Almost never in competition or defending a replacement like the early days.
They pay their claims. The new agents insure people that may not have had insurance before, which gives me people that need a better agent with better solutions. And they already have a higher budget. The PFS agents do not stick around long. Inventory.
