Does Lincoln Heritage Lowball Your %age?

I was referring to the monopolistic agency (golden memorial) that dominates most of the southwest (Calif, Tex, Ariz, Nevada). LH told me that I MUST go through that agency in order to sell LH, except for Houston & Dallas. They only pay 50-75% contracts. I don't feel like working for FREE.

That's another benefit of LH. You don't have any dirty stinky money piling up around the house. Have you seen how many germs are on a dollar bill? LH solves that problem for their agents.

Excellent company. They have been very good for me.

Have you ever wondered if the dollar bill you touch was ever in a stripper's buttcrack?

That's incorrect. They only have the Houston area. Are you in TX? PM if you need more info.

Just to clear up the confusion, LH does NOT determine the new agent's comm. LH sets the Regional Director's comm., production quotas have to be met for different levels, etc. Golden Memorial is one of the Reg. Directors, they usually do over 3 million production per month.

The comm. % for the new agent is determined by the person who recruits you. If someone is offering you 60% or 65% then you are either being recruited by a thief or someone very low on the food chain (unless you are getting fresh leads for free or at a very reduced price).

If you are paying $20 or more per lead you need 80% or better to be able to make it. If you are seasoned you can get higher. If you can document high production you can get an even higher % contract. If you don't need leads from your upline you may even go a little higher.

I just contacted LH Recruiting again today to tell her my concerns about the lowball commission that the local agcy offered me. I told her that I have my own book of business and don't require any company leads. Unfortunately, they ONLY have one agency that agents can go through for most of Texas and Calif, excepting Houston and Dallas. Barragan Agcy/Golden Showers is a monopoly in these parts. She went on to say that they ALWAYS exceed their goals and that EVERYONE with them is making money. How can anyone accept such a lowball commission?

*******Can anyone recommend a FE co that has liberal underwriting like LH, but would offer working wage commission levels? How is Settlers, CSA?

Wehotex,

I am not able to send you a PM since I have not met the 20 or more posting. However, if you want you can call me at 210-885-6059. Thanks.
