I wasn't there obviously, but I understand that 5 year term dominated then. Also, BTID predates A.L. Williams by at least 30 years if not more.
Also as I said, ART no longer exists primarily as a product to sale, but in order to calculate the term cost for certain plans based on the tax code.
I just contacted LH Recruiting again today to tell her my concerns about the lowball commission that the local agcy offered me. I told her that I have my own book of business and don't require any company leads. Unfortunately, they ONLY have one agency that agents can go through for most of Texas and Calif, excepting Houston and Dallas. Barragan Agcy/Golden Showers is a monopoly in these parts. She went on to say that they ALWAYS exceed their goals and that EVERYONE with them is making money. How can anyone accept such a lowball commission?
*******Can anyone recommend a FE co that has liberal underwriting like LH, but would offer working wage commission levels? How is Settlers, CSA?
