Does anyone use door hangers in targeted neighborhoods? Can you tell me what your experience has been?

Thanks!

Joshril tried them.

Lost 40 pounds.

Beyond that, he never reported his profit as I recall.

But seriously . . . when was the last time you bought insurance based on something left on your door, windshield or mailbox?

Good point... the exception might be if one were going to do a series of hangers to build name recognition... over time, they will buy. I know most folks here are looking at this as a one time hanger, then make 10K for a 300 dolla investment...

Years ago I used door hangers effectively... in the real estate biz... but repitition was the key. Once a month, then when something in the area was sold... soon the credibility was there and there was NO selling, it was order taking... I really don't see why this wouldn't work for someone to "farm" an area just the same way... only for ins... every household is buying some kind of ins... why not from you...?

Funny about the weight loss... I better get on the door hangers.

Hello
Yes door hangers will work in time but do not expect to turn a profit on them for at least 12 months and you have to keep them going at least once a month. Like the previous post its name recognition. Bet thing to do to get business is to hit the same area with an 8 week flood. Thats put something on the door once a week for 8 weeks then hit once a month from then on. To add to this you should try and knock on the door at least once after the 4th week. This is a very good program if you can do it
