Dr. Oz says commission churning for MA plan is big issue

That's literally a CMS violation... :D:D:D...

You are door knocking DSNP mailers for med supps? RIIIIIIIIIGHT...

If FE prospects casually bring up Medicare so often to explain your production, then why isn't every FE agent also making MAPD sales??? They only bring it up with agents who JUST so happen to have MAPD enrollment books in their cars.

Such a convenient coincidence.

You break the rules all the time. You really have no right to complain about call centers.
I don't complain about call centers per say.I replace the shit out of them daily. I actually like them because 80% of what i run into are call centers sold so i replace 90% of those .Never heard of a Dsnp mailer per se . My mailers talk about generic medicare ,dental and life and i can help them find the best plan . Whatever they want to discuss we talk about

You sure about that? Your prior post:
I'll be monitoring my business very close . If I see call centers trying to take my clients still I'll be 3 way calling the carrier filing complaints the client never had any change . Carriers want the business and won't check crap

So, you like them because you can steal their business by violating OTHER CMS regulations.

You bait and switch. Literally textbook. Where is your 2 day SOA? You're not doing 40 MAPD apps per month by door-knocking for FE without purposefully transitioning to MAPD. You are no different than call centers. You are just choosing other rules to violate.

Based on your analysis... everyone in Business is a 'Bait-n-switcher' ---including YOUR DENTIST, DOCTOR, CAR SALES, ATTYS, RESTAURANTS, HANDYMAN, LANDSCAPER, ETC (i could go on to include everyone).

How do you get Leads?

Are those professions subject to CMS regulations? Nope... totally irrelevant.
How do you get Leads?
The question isn't how he gets the leads but how he works them. Guess you are a door knocker too?

Any Dr. who accepts Medicare is under CMS rules. LOOK IT UP !

So, have you ever upsold a Client, signed 2 policies at one time, had a client refer you a friend ?

I wear an ask my about Medicare badge and an ask me about Medicare shirt. They ask me and approach me about Medicare . I don't need 48 scope . It's no different than a call in to a call center . No 48 hrs needed . THEY ALL ASK ME .

CMS marketing rules that agents have to abide by? What doctor door knocks???? Maybe you should look it up first?

Nope... I send a letter after the sale that explains that provide products that I am not allowed to discuss during the sales appointment.

None of these are CMS violations. Just completed enrolling a referral (of a referral). She called me.

LOL... You are wearing an "ASK ME ABOUT MEDICARE" shirt while door knocking leads??? GEE wonder why you are knocking on their door? To sell FE???

You are skirting the rules... don't get mad at others who do the same... you are just a walking call center..

Better be careful about comments on open forums.
We need to ask Sam if he has ever had Insurance Companies or CMS try to find out who a poster is.
Give us some insight Sam.
