This tread has prompted a serious thought (yes, it happens). Is it legal to take an app and have a translator ask the health questions? With companies other than Settlers, of course, since you can't have the translator do the PHI.

It kills me when I hear it is an easy 2nd language to learn. Yeah maybe if your first language was Itailian. I took 4 semesters at university and I can barely use it. Oh and TwiLight its Hola I do remember that much.lol
But on to the bigger question does this demographic buy FE? If so in what numbers. It has been my experience they don't buy insurance unless you threaten to throw them in jail and even then some still decline
I did not say I knew Spanish.....Mine were Chinese and Arabic in college.....Yeah I know.
As for Hispanics. Excellent FE prospects. I would also say that this market has a better 13month Persistence than typical FE.
Hispanics like to buy from people fluent in Spanish and sometimes are picky on the Ethnic thing in the opposite direction. Meaning they don't necessarily like to buy from other Hispanics, just Spanish Speaking.

Nasty...I've sat in pee couches twice this week. One human and the other dog. I draw the line at cat pee couches.

I am not going to say I never have meetings like that but they are rare.
I had one a few months ago in So Cal. Drove 4 hours for it. Could not find a bathroom, bars on every gas station, so I really had to go when I got to the house. I should have taken the hint when she wanted to sit outside. Nastiest bathroom I have ever been in. But almost $350 premium. I can hold my nose a while for $4,000.00, for $400 not so much.
