Marijuana-no use in 6 months for a B rate

Just curious, how would a carrier even find out that someone used grass?

California might be different, but I guess a high % of younger people here use it occasionaly. No wonder Aetna is not competitive here.

yep, 5 years documented drug free from most carriers.

How did you hide that you smoke it, Rick? Nobody answered my question. Do you still get rated up after five years or could you get a preffered rating at that time?

A lot depends on the application. Some carriers ask "in the past XX years" and some ask "have you ever."

I rarely run into anyone that has answer "yes" to the drug question and if they do, its a recent problem.

Wonder why that question isn't on med supp applications. Lots of baby boomers are still high from the 60's. Isn't that right Frank?

You're right. Must have been having a flashback at the time.

We tend to ignore that question in California - for obvious reasons.
