Dual purpose meds and U/W and MRS/ etc

glad to have dual purpose meds u/w.. I use fex quoter so I know when a med is dual use,, but I need to be crystal clear with my client ..that after they so no to all the questions,.( assume level.) that a dual use med will prompt an additional question... and the answer is always or mostly ".. for my blood pressure.." or even better for "my controlled bp." client wasn't sure.. even after he told me for bp.. ie got nervous with the interview..

Easy. I tell them ahead of time that the interview will be on speaker and if they choke up I will simply press the mute button and remind them of what we talked about prior to the interview. I get them back on track and unmute the conversation. If the interviewer ever says anything about the pause (they never do), I would simply say we're on a cell phone and it cuts off from time to time. Works like a charm.

sounds clever,, not sure how to mute 1 party on a 3 way call in an ifone??typically the client calls me and I add mrs or apptical to the call
