Is it that most email inboxes are jammed full of crap. I have a drip series that goes out automatically and over the past several months the responses have been almost nill.

As I stated in another thread, I'm getting back to basics. More phone work.

Have you guys noticed the same, or am I sending out the wrong message?
My emails are personalized, short, bullet points mostly, with links to my different web page.

What do you guys think?

I continue to drip for up to 90 days via Constant Contact. Agree with Chumps, you have to call & email.

On a new lead I call about 5x plus a minimum of 3 emails during the first 14 days. After that if I have not talked with them they go in my CC database and are dripped on.

I cull them from Quotit after 30 days.

I agree that email is important, as some are actually read, and out of those, understood. Most need help understanding the most basic of terms and coverage. That is where the phone contact comes in.

Where email helps is; when the time is right, and they for whatever reason like your email, or name, or picture, or website, or price, they may contact you because their child has a fever and wants to see the doctor tomorrow. No coverage of course.
