EFES Agent/Manager Ad

I have a copy of there lead cost sent to me from shannons office. its a sliding scale, leads cost 34-13 depending on production. not only that but it has a bunch of other strings attached.

i would be happy to send it to you.

I've been with them for 4 and half years. I have all the info. I explained that PPL scale already. There is nothiong "sliding" about it. It's based on production after your first 90 days.

I'm not sure of any strings attached. It's pretty straight forward. You do this amount of production and this is what you pay.

I really don't like it even though I'm a beneficiary of the PPL charts. I would rather see a fixed lead cost for everyone. ut no one asked me when they were putting it together.

what are you comparing it too. (ppl)

I'm not comparing it to anything. It is what it is. They what they call a "scorecard" that pops up everytime you look at your leads. it shows you what your current PPL is and where you fall on the charts. Whereever you are on Friday afternoon on the chart is what you will pay for leads hat you got the previous Sat.

It show the losest that I could pay and the highest. And laos now it shows what level of reward you are on. That's a new thing that just started the 1st of Feb.

The PPL is updated everyday. It's a continous rolling 90 day picture of your leads and production.

a little more than 90day average i would say.

so based on your score card it is a sliding scale what your leads will cost.

I don't know what you are talking about. The PPL is most definately based on the last 90 days. It's a rolling 90 days so it changes everyday.

It's a pretty simple formula, your production over the last 90 days divided by the amount of A leads you have bought over that same 90 days.

If you are being told different than that then you are being told wrong.

OK So I am going to look through my PM's to find the contact name I received for EFES already instead of talking to the guy who posted the CL ad. I want to get off to the best start once I'm back in the field and can't waste time on someone who doesn't know time management, and who has to embellish to recruit. Its not that serious! I'm just hungry to get back out there. The holiday's have passed and momma needs a new pair of shoes! LOL I love shoes, but really, I'm ready to be back in the field full time and create my schedule.

I think u too are describing the same thing JD, except ur not calling it a sliding scale! Id call it a sliding scale, its not fixed....1 week my ppl could be $125 & the next its $115 & the next its $130.

Right?
