Hello eveverone,

New agent here and I have been looking into EFES. I tried to get under hoosoerdaddy, but the home office said my manager would have to be out of orlando. His name is Joe Ciaccio. Does anyone know about that team? Also how is the market here in south Miami?? Thank you

I don't anything about about that market. I would guess that it's a very good market with the large hispanic population there. Especially if you speak the language.

I do know Joe pretty well. Great guy. Runs a very efficient team and is very good with training.

I do think it would be better to be under hoosierdaddy, but they do have territorial rights in their system.

Thanks JDeasy,

Is it possible to explain why hoosierdaddy would be better? would it be causing trouble to really push getting on hoosierdaddy's team, I obviously wouldn't want to start off on the wrong foot with Joe if I have to be with him

Understand that I am coming from a biased position on Hoosierdaddy. I'm sure there are people on Joe's team that would say they have the better deal.

There is nothing wrong with Joe.. His team was the top producing team with EFES last month.

Plus, it's never good to start out rocking the boat with any organiation. Take that with a grain of salt as I am an expert boat rocker.

Jorge I believe is out of the Miami area.

He cranked out $30,000AP last month.

Not to mention his English is not good, as he apparently prospects to primarily English-speakers, but his amazing work ethic makes up for it.

Joe's a great guy -- he's my regional guy. Highly recommended.

What are you waiting for? Sign the paper work.

Below street level contracts, $25 dollar "leads", zero residuals.

And mailer response is cutting edge, it takes up to 12 months to figure out how to "drop" in your territory.

Training, please.

I never could quite understand the part about "figuring out how to drop in your area". Sounds like shallow pockets rather than deep pockets.

Jim, why do you post stuff like this knowing that it's complete BS? Will there come a day when you actually post something worthwhile?

So, you could hire an agent in area that you have never had anyone and know exactly how much mail to send out to generate 15 to 20 leads every week for that agent? Even if that agent is going to cover 10 counties you would know exactly how much to mail?

He is a guy that couldn't make the EFES system work for him. Why he just doesn't say that instead of making up stuff is just beyond reason.

Wonder how he's working out at his latest pit stop? If he is having success at FE at a new place he would be the first failed EFES agent to make it work somewhere else.
