Efes? Suggestions?

THANKS. I didnt get some of the jargon but thanks anyway!

The forum does not allow you to post specific replies to specific people so---

JDEasy--yes you gave me a lot of info. Then you mentioned two names, and one cell number. WHICH of the two you mentioned belongs with the cell number? Again, when you don't have faces, body language etc to watch and cant ask clarifying questions, even tons of information can be difficult to follow.

Wino--I didnt ask anything that would require years of experience. I just asked for any feedback on this firm. But as you can see from the above the TYPED word is not a perfect medium!

THANKS...what a fiasco this has been--two weeks trying to get one person from one firm to get with me.

I said specifically that the cell phone number was for the EFES director of marketing and he told me to give it to you. That would be Ryan. Did you call him?

Your EXACT message to me:
--------------------------------------
I told Ryan and Travis that you would contact them. Ryan is the director of marketing. He was a bit upset about the call experience you posted about.

He told to give you his cell number; 469-***-****
JD
------------------------------------

what I read is: I told Ryan AND Travis you would contact them--here is HIS cell number---Ok as I said--I dont know which person goes with the number.

I have emailed one of the people you suggested three times--never answered. So this morning I sent email to the general email and asked for one of the other people named--the exact titles were never mentioned--and asked them to contact me. Nothing yet.

The information here is voluminous, appreciated, and often difficult to translate.

I sure as hell don't need anyone holding my hand, I just need clarification so I know how to use the information offered

I am very appreciative of the information. Thanks, but I will move on to someone other than these people.

You will need hand holding - read the message and was quite clear. Ryan the Dir. of Marketing is not happy about what is not going on in the office and it is making the organization look bad - he wants you to call him so he can make it right and get some idea of what is breaking down inside the office. This is both standard protocol and good business practice.

I take it you never called him? I really believe it's a good move for you to look elsewhere.

Wrong. You didnt read what I wrote. Try again

KCREP,

"Handholding" is just another way of saying, "Hands on Training".

I understand your frustrations here, but don't get too excited over all of this. We sometimes forget that the newbies aren't used to the world of insurance jargon. I know how frustrated I got in the beginning as well. I tried my best to follow along, but most of what I heard was blah blah blah. Be patient with yourself.

Call WHO Mr. tough guy--sending me vulgar private messages?

Call WHO?? WHO DOES THE NUMBER GO TO??? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE??? WHAT ARE THEIR TITLES???

Gods sake--in YOUR world do you just conduct business on a matchbook cover? "Well there Bubba, jus call Ole Barney he will hook ya up over thar"

Thanks. Dont "help" me any more
