You didn't call anyone because you didn't know who you were going to talk to? From the note it would be either Ryan or Travis .....but who really cares? either person would have given you the information you needed.

Just my opinion you need to find another line of work and insurance sales isn't it.

I understand your frustrations here, but don't get too excited over all of this. We sometimes forget that the newbies aren't used to the world of insurance jargon. I know how frustrated I got in the beginning as well. I tried my best to follow along, but most of what I heard was blah blah blah. Be patient with yourself.

I hold two BA's, MBA, Life and Health in two states, FINRA 7 and 66, Paul Harris fellowship, and business owner for 15 years. and because I get garbled information, I'm getting these slams. Misplaced and unfounded. When I have correct and clear information I can and do take all actions.

You will need hand holding - read the message and was quite clear. Ryan the Dir. of Marketing is not happy about what is not going on in the office and it is making the organization look bad - he wants you to call him so he can make it right and get some idea of what is breaking down inside the office. This is both standard protocol and good business practice.

I understood it the same way you did that it was Ryan. Either way I would have called the number I would've gotten 1 of the 2 guys that I want to talk to.

It's readily apprent that you have serious comprehension problems. The first tip for me should have been when you started thjis thread saying you can't find info on EFES here at the forum.

You know, I don't have a tenth of your higher education, yet I've understood everything posted here that you claim is "garbled information"! Maybe it's the MBA that's messing you up! :/

I agree with what a couple of others have said. Final Expense is probably not the right direction for you. Our clients will often try your patience. You seem to have a slightly short fuse. Not an insult, just an observation. Driver type personalities, as you seem to be, are often great businessmen. But they're not always well suited to work in this type of market, IMO.

(BTW, I hold a BS degree. Not Bachelor of Science, just BS! )
